Terms and Conditions

**Ice Sculpture Philly will provide the ice sculpture(s) outlined in the invoice/purchase order for the clients described event(s).

**Sculpture(s) will be in place 45 minutes to 1 hour before event start time. Client accepts responsibility for drain bucket water levels throughout the event to ensure it is emptied as necessary.

**Icesculpturephilly.com will only be responsible for breakdown of ice display upon client request at an agreed upon rate for the event.

**W-9, insurance information, and vendor forms can be sent upon request.

**Clients are responsible for addressing their venue’s specific requirements, including determining whether a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is necessary. It is important to verify with your venue if a COI must be provided before the event to ensure compliance and avoid any disruptions.

**all cancelations, adjustments, alterations, and questions in regard to design and delivery are to be directed to IceSculpturePhiladelphia@gmail.com; NO changes can be made 1 week out from delivery date. Ice Sculpture Philly is not liable for client mistakes on custom order forms. All orders and payments made on the online Ice Shop are final.

**If paying by credit card, please note there is an additional charge of 3% for using them.

**A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold the event date for any order, outside of the online Ice Shop, to be paid at least one week prior to the event for acceptance of contract.
